The Steady On Framework

The STEADY ON FRAMEWORK developed with the Common Sense Sales Method will help you put a solid sales foundation into place to close more sales, optimize your process and systems to increase revenue, automate repetitive tasks to free up time and use data to scale your business so you can exit wealthy.

Phase 1 - STEADY framework

We’ll create a solid sales foundation using the STEADY framework that will increase revenue and allow you to scale your business.

“S” stands for “Sales Cycle Specific” underscoring the critical importance of gaining a deeper understanding of you, your business and your clients.

“T” stands for “Trail” which involves understanding where your client is at on their journey, what challenges they are facing, what they have tried to overcome those challenges, your solutions and how those are delivered. This is the beginning of constructing an invaluable map showing you customers how to go further, faster and with less pain.

“E” stands for “Examine”. Take an unbiased look at your market, competitors and even your own business. By knowing your USP, VP and your clients on a granular level, you can offer solutions that resonate with your clients on a profound level.

“A” stands for “Action”. Developing written processes, workflows, and closing strategies including scrips, objection handling and sales training.

“D” stand for “Dialogue” highlights the significance of having better conversations such as asking deeper questions to unearth and comprehend a lead's pain points fully. This insight becomes invaluable when crafting the best solution to help them solve their problem. This also positions you as a trusted advisor who not only listens but also possesses the expertise to deliver the most effective solution and foster stronger customer relationships.

“Y” stands for “Yes” from our lead, celebrating a successful sale/engagement. You’ll learn why a “yes” is just the beginning in sales.

Phase 2 - ON framework

“O” stands for “Optimization”

In this phase we’ll work on optimizing your sales systems in addition to putting automations into place. Additional systems needed will be implemented and data collection will begin.

“N” stands for “Needs Analysis”

Now that you have a strong sales foundation, work flows and data collection systems in place, we can begin to test our messaging and closing strategies to learn the perfect formula to maximize ROI.

Phase 3 - TEch framework

In this phase we will build out fully custom dashboards for you and your team. Our talent in creating easy to read visuals that allow the data to tell a story, help small business owners and their teams make better decision and take action on metrics that matter most in your business.
